DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please be aware that we currently only cover delivery costs via Nova Posta within Moldova, Ukraine and Romania. If you’re ordering outside of the regions we currently cover, we are happy to make shipping arrangements to other destinations at your expense. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to advise you on delivery options for your region. 

If you require an alternate or faster delivery option, please contact us directly and we will try to find a solution that works for you.

If you are a US customer, the US customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before authorizing delivery to your address.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please be aware that you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes, as well as all import duties and taxes. If Delivery At Place (DAP) destination is selected, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. You may, however, be responsible for paying these directly to the courier to release your order from customs. As we're unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a Delivery At Place (DAP) order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your merchandise is picked up by our courier for delivery, you’ll be notified directly with all relevant tracking information.

 

RETURNS

Please be aware that we only accept returns within 14 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned merchandise must comply with our returns policy:

Merchandise in original sale-able condition, with all original tags attached, may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order size, within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange. In case of absence of a desired size, we can offer you a credit for a relevant amount towards your next purchase, or a refund. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Additionally, we will cover delivery costs via our chosen courier service in cases of exchanges if you’ve found that you prefer to select a different size of a purchased garment or exchange it for a different item. This offer is only valid for first time exchanges and may not be extended if we find the customer repeatedly abuses our efforts to provide you with the best customer service.

 

RETURNS CHECKLIST (In the Returns Section)

        •   Merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. 

        •   Final sale items cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. 

        •   Regrettably, we can not accept any returns or exchanges of our Bodies due to health protection and hygiene reasons. 

        •   Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

        •   To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to restrict future orders if your return behavior is in breach of our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

        •    We suggest using our trusted courier for all returns in the regions we cover. If you’re outside the current coverage area, or would like to use a different courier for your return, we will be happy to accept your package as long as it complies with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

        •   Please be advised that we’re not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so always make sure that you choose a trusted courier that requires signature confirmation upon delivery.
