DELIVERY INFORMATION:
We currently only offer delivery within Moldova and Romania via Nova Poshta, with delivery costs covered by us.
If you require a faster or alternative delivery option, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DUTIES & TAXES:
Kindly note that additional VAT or local sales taxes may apply depending on your location. These costs are the customer's responsibility and may be charged by the courier upon delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with all relevant tracking information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Please be aware that we only accept returns within 14 calendar days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging included.
- Final sale items cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Bodysuits, swimsuits and underwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- If you need to exchange for a different size, we will cover return shipping costs via Nova Poshta for the first exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, we can offer store credit or a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of size exchanges.To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using Nova Poshta for all returns. If you choose a different courier, please ensure the package is securely tracked, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
